Privacy Policy
This policy covers dafsolt.cloud, the marketing site for Dafsolt Business Operating System ("Dafsolt BOS"). It explains what we collect here, why, and how to reach us about it. We've written it to describe what the site actually does — not a boilerplate template.
What we collect on this site
When you fill out the "Get started" form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the industry you selected, and anything you type in the message field. We use this only to reach out about a demo or trial — we don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
When you browse this site: we generate a random, anonymous visitor ID stored in your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie), and record the page you viewed, how you arrived (referrer), and roughly how long you stayed. This isn't tied to your name or email unless you separately submit the form above. It exists to help us understand which pages are useful, not to build an advertising profile — we don't use it for ads, and we don't share it with ad networks.
Basic security logging: like most websites, we log IP addresses for abuse prevention (for example, rate-limiting the lead form so it can't be spammed, and blocking IPs behind confirmed attacks). This is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
What we don't do
We don't run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or cross-site analytics scripts on this marketing site. We don't sell personal data to anyone, for any reason.
The actual products (Kitchen, Finance, School, Property, Trade)
Signing up for a Dafsolt BOS product creates your own separate tenant on that product — its own database records, its own users. Business data you enter there (customers, students, members, transactions, and so on) is governed by how that product handles data, not by this marketing site. Across all of them: every tenant's data is isolated at the database level, sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, and platform administrators are required to use two-factor authentication. Each product undergoes regular security review.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you from this marketing site (a lead-form submission, for instance) — email support@dafsolt.cloud and we'll act on it. This aligns with the principles of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), even though this specific site's footprint is intentionally small — one form and one anonymous analytics ID.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects changes, we'll update this page and move the "last updated" date above. We won't quietly expand what we collect without reflecting it here.
