Backups, audit logs, and access control rarely make it into a sales pitch. They're also the entire reason customers keep trusting a business they can't personally verify every day.
Every extra tool a business bolts onto its operations is another place customer data has to live, another login to secure, and another gap where nobody is quite sure who's responsible if something goes wrong.
Trust is rarely won with a dramatic feature. It's won by a receipt that's always correct, a balance that never mysteriously changes, and a system that behaves the same way every single time.
